Week 8 Day 1.
Jalna yogurt is very strange when compared to “highly processed” counterparts. It tastes more solid. =S That being said, it’s not too bad.
So I skipped class today, it felt good… even though I wasted all my time by sleeping. Not sure how I’m gonna get through this tbh. Rather behind combined with rather cbf is a rather bad combination.
In other news: TWO DOOR CINEMA CLUB. I don’t think I’ve enjoyed music this much for a while. Good, good stuff. I’d make a youtube link and make tumblr. all pretty n shiet but I’m not profoundly great with it.
So I guess things are going well, relationships are slowly developing, sometimes I get surprised at how quickly humans can become close to each other. Everyone is so trusting… I’m trying to be more healthy, snacking less blabla, but that being said, it’s difficult to motivate yourself to prepare food (even if it’s just heating up freezer food) so I eat less lol. Two weeks back I
ranjogged 3km twice, and I haven’t since then. I just can’t drag myself out of the house. It’d be easier if I had more motivation, or someone to excercise with more regularly.In terms of the previous list, I haven’t really got that going yet, it’s like I add one thing and lose another. I flossed for the first time in many many days, my gums were bleeding like crazy but hopefully I’ll stick with it this time. Breakfast tends to get skipped on a Monday due to lack of milk from the weekend, study is trailing along feebly…
I chugged out a decent (?) Critical Reflection on an Incident, I got some good feedback, and some nice fuzzy feedback. Now I hope I get a warm fuzzy 33 too. I really need that 5%
If I have learned anything in these 8 weeks, it is TIME MANAGEMENT IS CRITICAL in Medicine. But it sort of feels *SOMETHING* that I am forced to organise my life, I feel like I’m on the way to achieving something.

The Ideal Day…
1. Wake up with enough time to:
- Eat a hearty breakfast
- Brush my teeth
- Wash my face
- Put on mositurising cream
2. Get to class on time with everything prepared, ready to go
3. Listen attentively through class, absorbing all information in one listen, and retaining it till the day I die - don’t get distracted by the interwebz (derp)
4. After class, go exercise for 30-45min
5. Prepare a substantial and healthy dinner and Nomnom in 30min
6. Do a piece of artwork (photograph, drawing, sketch…)
7. Study effectively and diligently for 5-6 hours
8. Plan “To do” list for the next day
9. Floss and pixster every night
10. Moisturise face
11. Write in diary
12. Sleep before midnight to ensure 8 hours sleep - wake up refreshed
